The aim of Momentum Coaching is to offer clients a positive alternative therapy and coaching service, which help and empower them to move forward with their lives e. g. overcoming negative traits, behaviours and thought patterns that hold them back. As a qualified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner my sessions will include the utilisation of powerful NLP techniques as well as personal coaching. I am passionate about personal empowerment and my aim is to equip my clients to move forward in their life feeling more in control and with a positive momentum.
