Very clean area. Shop was well set out. Staff are great to deal with.

This place is weird. It's like a leisure centre where there swimming pool has been filled in and about 10 chairs put up instead. Weird echoes and a bizarre assortment of restaurants, all staffed by people who are bemused as to where they actually work.

The toilets were good, probably because they're new, and the shop has a selection of magazines to rival any WH Smiths.

Parking for about 15 cars…until you go to leave, then you'll see the MASSIVE car park on the other side

Really good services, excellent showers if your a trucker, good parking available, reasonable prices, can't beat a good Gregg's breakfast roll

Lovely and clean if a bit spartan and bare in the food hall area. Spotless toilet facilities.

Clean and tidy facilities. Range of snack foods on offer from Greggs, Subway and a high-street chain coffee shop. Cleaner than most other services in the region.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the site. After an accident at the a40 lights in Monmouth the police moved my truck here for me until either I was able to drive or arrange recovery. I explained the situation to a member of staff and was told there would be no charge for parking my truck there that night thank you Monmouth services

Very new and very, very empty - which made for a quiet interlude on our journey. There's a Starbucks, a SPAR and a Subway, plus an arcade. The central court is sparsely sprinkled with seating so it felt a bit like eating in the middle of a warehouse. As the other units become occupied it is bound to get busier and this little oasis of calm will be gone. Perhaps they can soften the blow for parents by providing a play area?

Friendly staff ,nice clean environment to take a break from driving

This is a nice place to take a break. Spacious and clean with free access wifi (no need to login, just connect and go). Esso fuels.

I don't understand how Koko can think parking is expensive when it's FREE for 2 hours!

Always clean in here with plenty of spaces to park. Easy access to wifi when needed.
