A typically small, provincial village store, but unusually unhelpful staff and a poor layout don't encourage a return visit.

Pretty awful. The only place I know that charge a fee to use a debit card, a few to use cashpoint and won't let you buy a lottery ticket on a debit card? Apparently it's not possible? Yet I do every week at the local supermarket? Thinks it's more to do with forcing to pay to use the cashpoint.

I did couchsurf in this place so there was nowhere to put my luggage before I meet my host at night. But they let me put my luggage in their office(?) and get back after touring Portmeirion. It was so kind and thank you.
