Excellent location in a quiet part of time between the town centre and the Marina. Close enough to all the action but far enough from the crowd and noise. Beautiful hotel with excellent rooms with a decent sized bath tub. Each room has it's own style and layout - not quite boutique and slightly old fashioned. Do try the local breakfast.

Updated review - since my 4* review below, I stayed again in October 2017. This time I stayed in the main hotel rather than the Townhouse. The room was lovely, very large and well appointed, the bed was much firmer than last time. The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever.
On the basis of the staff and room, I'd love to give 5*, however again let down by the food - it's not that it is bad, because it isn't, it is just inconsistent. I had porridge for breakfast and it was so runny I could've used a straw, far too much milk/water. The following day, I had it again and it was just right.

This is a very nice looking hotel set across two buildings (main and townhouse) in a great central location on the edge of the marina. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 2 bar areas and the restaurant are bright and spacious.
Breakfast was good, with the usual cold buffet options of cereals and pastries, and hot food is made to order. I ate from the bar menu a few times, the burger was lovely, and a decent size. The meatballs and pasta were also nice and whilst it looked like a small portion, it was surprisingly filling. Unfortunately the pizza I had appeared to have been a frozen or chilled pizza that was reheated as part of the middle was still cold.
I was starting the townhouse across the road the main building, where the room was nice if a little compact, with working air conditioning, which was a little on the noisy side and a fantastic power shower. I found the bed to be extremely soft, which isn't my preference, but will suit some people. I'm not sure whether all of beds are the same, although when I stay next time I will ask.

Historic former guild hall for Swansea. Spacious bedroom and en suite bathroom. King size bed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasant stay rather than outstanding. The decor and menu's haven't been updated in years but the staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. Hairdryer and ironing boards in every room which is always helpful. Mini fridge tends to buzz so I always have to switch it off at the plug!

Morgan's is a lovely place to visit. The room was a reasonable size and the bed was huge. I was a little disappointed hair conditioner wasn't provided in the bathroom and bottled water wasn't complimentary but these are minor. The bar was busy but there were plenty of staff. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice, there was a good choice.

Booked for two nights for my partner's birthday. First night very dissapointed we were out in the Osprey room which was very basic and not the superior room that I had booked. Also it is situated on the ground floor right next to entrance. I was awake most of the night because of the noise. I complained following morning after having a lovely Welsh breakfast which was delicious. Carly and Steven moved us to the Merlin room which was more spacious and a lot quieter. Will be booking for my 40th birthday in May but will request the main hotel and not the townhouse.

Morgans is a charming hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a bar/lounge in the lobby that's packed on Saturday nights. The restaurant is great too.
