Massively under-staffed and a poor range of stock. Fish counter usually good though.

Good sized store with a wide range of products with an old style market street. Plenty of parking with a petrol station.

Don't know what's gone wrong with this place used to be very good now total opposite . Fish was always fresh cooked to order now oven baked by looked and not to order either asked for refund and left same as 2 other couples not very professional very amateurish but in bad way. Still one or two good staff left in store but have to be lucky to catch them and not in cafe anymore.

I like the staff some of them I've got to know ova the years. The refurbishment in my local one has been done out lovely. My only criticism is there's never enough trolleys to put yr dishes on after yr meal.

Used to go weekly then found worms in fresh fish. Got it home and started to cook fresh fish and it was alive! Wriggling with little worms. Told the store and apparently it's very common! Well there should back warning then! Put m off fo life! I don't go any more!

Got good place to eat with somewhere for little ones to play.

About the best supermarket chain there is, yes its a little more expensive than others but the quality is so much better

Had a problem with cash machine, it didn't pay out my £140 but was taken out of my account. I know this wasn't the stores fault but when I went in for help/ advice, couldn't even talk to the manager. Felt like I was being fobbed off.
Also fruit and veg choice is really poor lately and what there is, is tired looking and looks ready for bin.

Although the store layout is still in progress of being redesigned, it is terrible, nothing seems to be where it should be, I found myself walking from one end of the shop to the other looking for items I needed because it didn't make sense for where it was located, I hope that once the layout has changed fully they are able to place items in a more logical fashion!
