We come into Morrison’s every Friday for breakfast with friends, and we’re always greeted with excellent service and a smile from the cafe staff, especially Teresa �

Thank you to the very helpful manager that helped me this afternoon. I didn’t catch a name im sorry but id like to find out if known. (Dark hair, beard and glasses.)I was waiting to be served at the fish counter to which he noticed and arranged a member of staff to arrive quickly. Thank you, as i was in a rush too! �

Been trying to ring this store all week ! No one answering ! Is there anything wrong with the phone line?

Sitting here, after being told 20 minutes for food, for an hour! Service is appalling!

Complaints department here we come

Shocking management from Morrisons Rogerstone today. The cafe was serving food 35 mins after ordering (ours took an hour). The poor staff member behind the till, who was also serving the food, clearing the tables, dealing with irate customers, refilling the coffee machines. She was a saint! I would have walked out of that job months ago. This isn't the first time I've seen her having to deal with doing the jobs of 2/3 people. It's down to management to ensure staff numbers are sufficient. Went and spoke to customer services who said they would come down and see what was happening. Well we didn't see you again. The food was cold (not surprising really). Will be writing an official complaint.
