Very good for parking,a fair cafe doing all tastes of food,fresh fruit and veg very good as is the bakery section.Look out for there regular deals at the front of shop.

I like this store and the cafe is great, lots of reduced items on chillers being topped up regularly throughout the day. Friendly staff, clean store, good selection

Lately every time I have shopped at Morrison Cwmbran (I never check my receipt until I get home) I am always finding the first item through the tills having an extra charge. ie two water become three. Thought it was a glitch but it keeps happening on multiple tills. Please do check your tills Morrisons! �

Went shopping early evening, fruit and veg isle almost empty! What bagged veg/ salad etc that was there would be out of date on 10th Jan, this indicates that no delivery has been made to this store, product selection appears to be very much reduced. No decaf coffee available for weeks now. Not happy as I will have to go shopping again tomorrow but it won’t be in Morrison’s! Plenty of other supermarkets in Cwmbran!

Stopped for a coffee. No cups on the counter. One coffee machine out of milk.

Lots of tables with dirty dishes, dirty tables as well. Eventually found one with a used j cloth on it. Stayed for 30 mins while wife was having her nails done, no staff clearing the tables. Absolute shambles.

Won't bother going a gain.

Lot of the shelves were empty. Lot of dairy products out of date tomorrow!

thought i'd walked into a third world country shopping market, Nothing on the shelves .......shambles

absolutley disgusted the way they treat there staff, a young lad there today at 3pm all on his own while a couple of people waited for fish and meat. no help for him at all the poor boy got all upset and walked off. i called for another young man named josef for his help, a lady named julie helped as well she normally work on the deli. they could only serve what was cut because they are not trained in butchery. these two people where fantastic couldn't appologise enough for the wait. spoke to the manager at the time darren harry he really was not interested about the welfare of the young butcher who left very upset and stressed. i thought that morrisons was a caring company but obviously profit is more important than people. shame on morrisons in not employing enough staff to cope with high demand.s

This cafe is a joke..last week ordered Eggs Benedict ..waited 25 minutes for them to say l hadn't ordered it!! But l'd paid £12.60 for a full breakfast and 2 drinks??!..tried to make out it hadn't come through on their system when in fact the cashier had taken the reciept through!! Now today arrogant rude cashier accused my 77 year old Mum she ordered black coffeesx3 and had white ones..went after her for more money when it was his error..she should know as she shops there and has the same coffee every week!!..sort your Staff and their attitude please as well as turning the music down so your Staff can hear your customers!!

Look out everyone one of the delivery drivers is a thief! He is a dark haired youngish chap with glasses!

Make sure you check your items before letting the driver go.

Morrison have a 48hr time frame for sorting queries on missing items but on this occasion it is into the 4th day, I've been given £5 for this, an utter insult.

I have now been given a refund which can take up to 10 days to reach my account when i told them all along i wanted the product.

I am disabled which is why i get a delivery and will now have to pay taxi's to go and buy products.

I was totally messed around by Customer Service the whole time, promising me a phone call that never came.

I informed the police 13/04/2018 but Morrisons have to make the complaint as I'm the suspect along with the driver.

BEWARE all is all I'm saying, I've never been treated so badly and wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
