The amount of people pulling today has been unreal.

Where do I start.... I really cannot go there on this one as I don’t think I will stop crying.
This shop is my ALL it’s my life and I do not know any different then to be in this shop serving all of our lovely customers and recently being a big help to those who were in need of produce when they were stuck.
We feel this is just the beginning of the virus and we also have ourselves to protect and loved ones to care for.
... As you all know my little max needs me now probably more then ever.💙👩‍👦
So we are doing our bit for our staff our customers and the NHS!

TOMORROW will be our last day we will be OPEN 9-2pm.
Our deliveries for tomorrow will STILL go ahead those who have paid.
... We cannot offer a delivery service on the fruit and veg boxes as sadly the last few days limited stock has arrived at the shop and it’s just impossible for us to carry out such service.
This really isn’t an easy option for us as I know and feel like I’m letting so many of you down 😞
PLEASE DO NOT RING THE SHOP OR SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES THESE WILL NOT BW ANSWERED.
We STILL HAVE sacks of potatoes in the shop so if you need any come along tomorrow but remember it’s ONE in ONE out.

Just a thought due to the amount of phone call and direct messages we have had due to people self isolating and are stuck etc
If we did offer a delivery service would you use it,do you need it and also what area/do you live in so we could possibly put a plan in place over the next few days.

After last week there is NOTHING we can do please no negative comments we do not make you come here and buy and we cannot control pricing from suppliers in the chain that we are in.
Last week prices of sacks of potatoes they went up twice in one week and we did not increase price to do our best for our customers, then boom second price increase we had to or we would of been working at a loss with three staff in the shop every day to keep up with the amount of people coming he...re.
Sadly we have a delivery tomorrow and yep they have gone up....AGAIN.
So please read our notice below.

Due to the shortage of Potatoes due to panic buying last week, the price of Potatoes HAS increased very fast.
This is because bigger supermarkets are offering farmers big money for them, so farmers are now forced to put the price up
We are sorry to say our potatoes are now £9 for a 20kg sack.
Once again we do apologise however this is out of our hands.

⭐️ We will only be allowing 3 people in the farm shop at one time ⭐️
Obviously your more then welcome to wait outside in your car and we will tell you when you can come in.
... We are also more then happy to help put up your order whilst you wait in your car just please give us time.
We are just trying to make things as safe as possible for yourselves and our staff.

⭐️ During this Covid-19 outbreak we are aware of the health concerns of both our staff and customers ⭐️
With this in mind we will be reducing our opening hours for the foreseeable future.
We understand that small shops like ours have a role to play within our community.
... We really hope that our doors will not stay closed for too long and that we all get back to normality as soon as possible.
In the meantime stay safe and well, look after each other.
