Delivery took 1hr 45 mins.staff rude.chips cold wont be using them again

Was good value for chips. Haven't tried the kebabs though

Usually order from Mr Chippy as food was always top notch. That was until our recent order. Chips were like cardboard (not fresh in other words) and the cheese in the burgers looked absolutely disgusting! Lost all trust in this place.

Fish and chips are awesome.
That's all we ever order from here and we are never dissatisfied

Ordered doner for me and my partner..doner was way too spicy(when its not meant to be!!) It ruined the tase of the meal completely..
The mint sauce was lumpy and looked like it had been made up from powderand water. chips were way overcooked and dry most of if went in the bin as it was pretty much stone cold on arrival.waste of £20..so disappointed as we are lovers of a nice doner but you wont find it here!

Waited 45 minutes for food to arrive( which was okay) but then to find out half of the order was missing, rang back to be told they will send someone with the missing food...20 plus minutes later still no missing food, rang back and told we'd have to wait even longer as there is no drivers... the food has been paid for when half was deliver 🤔 foods stone cold , staff unhelpful will not be going back...

Friendly staff, excellent food at a reasonable price. Best in Caerphilly

Always great food, sometimes delivery is a little long but worth the wait.
Great kebabs and fish

Great food but very slow delivery, they tell you 45-50 minutes but you can be waiting for well over an hour
