I've had several viewings with my partner previously and we were messed around, however as soon as we got in touch with Michelle through Mr Homes, everything was sorted within the first 5 days and was such a smooth process! Secondly, I got the impression that the rest of the team in the office were very well organised and knew exactly what they were doing. Communication was good throughout, all viewing appointments were text to me and also emailed so I knew exactly what was going on.
