Customer care during the last 6 months has gone down hill drastically. I have not been informed of changes of the times of my cleans, cleaners going off sick or on annual leave and poor communication from the office. The only thing I can say good about Mrs Bucket, the standard of cleaning was good.

Mrs Bucket Cleaning services has given me so much time back. I used to find myself dedicating whole days on a weekend to clean the house. Now, I spend my weekend doing what I want to do and leave the cleaning to the experts. I have a trusted cleaner that is dependable and takes away the constant pressure to keep on top of the cleaning. It's fantastic and I value coming home to a wonderfully clean house.
