M&S Chepstow Foodhall

Good location, good variety of food for a comparatively small unit. The staff are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.
The car park is large enough and you will receive your £1 back if you spend over £10 in store. This is credited to you at the till.

Café was very disappointing. I was pretty much ignored at the till. They were busier putting biscuits on saucers for coffees and talking amongst themselves rather than serving me. I had a pram on my own and wasn't offered any assistance to help me to a table. Poor for M&S....

Clean shop with small restaurant. Small variety o_ sandwiches and soups. But remember, this is not your ordinary soup. This is an M&S soup, which is only half the size of your ordinary soup. Otherwise very nice, friendly, quick.

Nice location just gave one star less as the parking is free but not mentioned that you need to carry your receipt to get it refunded ;) so cheeky parking company strategy..

Very helpful staff, as always. Good quality food but, again as always, a very limited vegetarian selection. This also applies to the cafe. But in general we are lucky to have this outlet in Chepstow.

Small store so sometimes difficult to find what you need and stock levels can be a bit erratic. Staff always really helpful. Bit pricey generally.

Living in the back of beyond, this is a little piece of normality not that far from home. I love M&S food, great choice and not expensive like it used to be because now they compete with the nearest supermarket.

A limited convenience store in my opinion.
Plenty of room given to chocolate and cakes but a little to pretentious for me and used mainly by well-to-do older people who wear their Sunday best to wander around buying biscuits.
