Shopping experience was as I would expect. We looked around the store and when we needed advice the sales people were on hand to help and seemed very knowledgable of their products.

We borrowed a number of samples before making a decision. The salesman, Keith Ralph, patiently explained things to us before we made the final decision. Once made, the paperwork was promptly and efficiently produced and the time of delivery established. We look forward to receiving the sofa bed.
