Rebecca is the only person I would go to if I have any muscle issues. I have been going to Muscle medics since 2014 and have always come from there feeling relaxed. I go once a month and have a deep tissue massage each time, I always come from there feeling like I got a new set of muscles fantastic therapist and a good listener to.

Having undergone a total knee replacement in July 2015 , and a few muscle therapy sessions Rebecca soon started me in her Bootcamp classes in October. Although I could not complete all excercises and routines at first due to my rehab, I quickly gained strength and confidence with the expert guidance and support from Rebecca. Very well organised sessions and everyone of all abilities are made to feel welcome. Sessions are for everyone and not the elite athletes. I have personally impressed doctors and "highly rated" specialists with my progress and muscle medics have had a massive impact on this. Come see for yourself my progress and have some fun!! Already lost 2 stone and cycling 50miles all thanks to the strength I'm gaining.
