This Sunday we are holding a couple of sessions to raise money for little Dawson Collins 7 months old from Penydarren to help with the cost of a medical helmet that is vital to his growth with NHS won't pay for ...so our aim is to raise money for him asap.
... Sessions cost £4 ..and are..
10am LBT class (45 mins) 1.30pm Bootcamp with PT Richard (60 mins)
Class suit beginners to advanced.
Also from 3pm Richard so be holding PT sessions at £10 ... which need to be booked through Richard so drop him a message.
If u don't fancy taking part in classes ..u can use the gym or just come along to donate and support... all welcome men, women, children of all ages..
Bottles of water will be on sale for £1 too.

Just finished my first week of PT sessions with donna absolutely loving it, the gym is inviting and friendly, donna support is amazing and am so glad I bit the bullet and went for it as this is completely out of my comfort zone �

I am into my second week of an 8 week plan and absolutely loving being back at the gym. Everyone at the gym has been very welcoming and the support from Donna has been amazing. I cannot wait to see what results I get after these 8 weeks. Having the confidence back to attend the classes as well as PTs has given me the change to get my fitness back. I attend on my own and feel comfortable to do so when going to the classes as everyone is so friendly. If you are looking for a gym to sign up to then I would definitely recommend this gym.
