It is volunteers like this, whether treasures, tea makers, coaches, admin or whatever that make small clubs tick over, run and provide such a great service to the community. It’s great to have Porthmawr back for 2019’s event, which is already over 70’s full 😊🏊🏽‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Rob - Diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes in his early teens. Struggled with it for a good while (understatement) - Then took up running to raise awareness for the condition and focus himself. Is now within touching distance of Finishing the Marathon des Sables. We spent 3 days with Rob last year when he took on our 3 day Coast Path Challenge as a tester for the MdS. He is A very Nice guy, A battler, inspirational and now proving you CAN overcome set backs and obstacles that life throws at you. To achieve the unachievable 🤔 well done fella 👍💪😊💉👌
