My Car Guru Description
What we do can be summarised in our mission statement: To simplify your next car purchase, by managing it smoothly on your behalf and most importantly of all, saving you money.
My Car Guru was formed by James Cale to provide an outlet for his rather increasing obsession with everything relating to cars, specifically purchasing and getting good deals. With James already providing the service to family and friends on an ad-hoc basis, the next step was to formalise a plan to offer these services out further.
After undertaking the relevant research for not only his own cars but for others as well, James realised that the market was lacking a fresh approach to car buying and that without undertaking the painstaking research and contacting relevant suppliers, people were buying both cars and options that were overpriced and not needed.
My Car Guru can provide a complete hand holding service to manage the whole car buying process on your behalf. We will ensure that:
•you have chosen the right car for your needs, we will only recommend what's best for your personal circumstance as of course, we are completely independent and impartial
•you have received the best price available
•the paperwork and the sales jargon actually means what you think it does
•you fully understand if you really do need that option that the salesman said was a must
•you know if you do need to sign up to that particular piece of insurance and what it does and doesn't do. . .
Although based in South Wales, we do operate on a national basis and the service is provided for all new and nearly cars via dealers. For local clients we also offer an additional service which includes coming with you to the dealer to act on your behalf if you so wish.
