Mynydd Ddu Tea Rooms

We were recommended to come here for breakfast by the Butchers in Talgarth.

There were 3 adults and 4 children. All with our own ideas for breakfast and the staff were very friendly and met our needs as expected. Will definitely return and pass onto our friends to drop in for food. PS the bread pudding was Lush! :-)

We stopped today for lunch ,

Steak and ale pie was sublime. Never had better .

My birthday cake was perfect and I was serenaded .haha prefect day out and our thanks to all the staff. X

We come here to walk and often stop when out on the bikes for the day - always a great breakfast and warm welcome.

Massive thank you to the ladies at Mynydd Ddu Without them, me and my wife would still be stuck at the side of a road! Friendly, helpful staff who are prepared to go the extra mile, and a lovely coffee to boot. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be returning.

Been there many times over the years on bike and in car. Not expensive but not cheap. You get what you pay for and the food here is really good. Staff are very pleasant and the area is lovely. Very relaxing and very pleasant.

I am known for being quite fussy about my breakfasts and food in general however I was most pleasantly surprised at the service and food here. All good quality and will be returning. This place is now easily in my top three breakfasts in the South Powys area and as I said, I am fussy...
