Meanwhile our GP Pedal Power spin / group cycle classes provide the best indoor cycling classes anywhere in this part of Cheshire

Our newest group class is starting this Thursday - Build & Burn under the watchful eye of our own Richard Newton.
Half the session will be devoted to learning correct lifting technique and the other half. The burny half, will be a sprint cycle class so no matter what happens you'll burn a shedload of calories and learn useful things that'll stop you hurting yourselves in years to come.

If you are looking for something to get you moving or go alongside your current training, why not try booking one of the classes at our gym? There is something on most evenings, and something to suit everyone.
Worried about any of the following? - fitness levels? that's what our sessions are aimed at helping, you just do what you can -don't forget a bottle of water ūüĎć... -questions? just ask whoever is leading the session they are more than happy to help. -Unsure about exercises? Very friendly and knowledgable on all aspects of training and fitness. I had a sports massage to relieve the pain in my neck and he managed to sort that and get down to the route of my problem. He has given me great advice on training in the future. Would highly recommend!

I've had lower back pain for a while and it eventually got that bad I had to seek help. Myokinetics was the obvious choice from reviews and testimonials I found online. I had my first consultation today and Paul was amazing. After a few simple tests and a bit of pain releasing tension in the affected area, Paul easily diagnosed the problem and gave me a solution ÔŅĹ.. I would highly recommend to any of my friends. I will most definitely use myokinetics again.

Great space i attend ellys boot camps which are fab. they work on all aspects of the body. Its very friendly. The spin room is fab its like a mini disco. Elly is very knowledgeable and pushes you to your limits but still has fun.. great place all round..

Elly is really knowledgeable and engaging. The sessions are always fun and interesting but really hit the key muscle groups meaning you always maximise your time during the sessions.

Certainly challenging, Simon replicates proper cycling scenarios, climbs, endurance etc etc.... brilliant..
