Evening everyone! Here is a great local group to follow if you don’t already. Plastic-Free Chepstow We have also been inspired by this group to add ourselves to the app ‘Refill’ allowing you to pop in to refill your water bottles, limiting the amount of plastic bottles in our town. We are also now using paper straws not plastic and look forward to working with them to implement more changes in the future. Good work guys!!

It was an absolute pleasure to host a beautiful wedding ceremony and reception yesterday!! What a wonderful couple and what a fantastic day 😍 💕

What an absolute cracking place to eat. Food, drink, service... the whole atmosphere was fantastic..

We had an absolutely beautiful meal at this restaurant. The food was delicious and very generous portions. It was my partners first time trying Greek good and he was really impressed. Great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, we can't wait to return!

Lovely place, perfect food! Nice waitres with a big smile,very helpful and fast! Tasty meal for 2 with lots of mezes for 40£ can't go wrong with the price, I even got a free salad! We even had the baby with us and everything was perfect! Will be comming back with friends!

Fabulous meal. Very tasty. The atmosphere was really nice. We love Crete and the food & people and this was an amazing find while out in Chepstow as we miss the cuisine/culture. Nikos is lovely, the chef is so proud of his dishes. We will definately be back again and we will be recommending this to lots of people.

Ate here last night and really enjoyed it. Given a lovely welcome and the platter to start was amazing. This set the tone as each course was equally tasty. Both myself and my husband were full to the brim. Will definitely be back �

A wonderful meal to celebrate a special birthday! Beautiful setting,warm friendly and inviting atmosphere. this occasion was made even more special by the gentleman front of house, who prepared the table to make my mothers 70th a wonderful experience, the food was gorgeous. Recommend this little gem for any occasion to leave a smile on your face! Thankyou.

Lovely food, really nice decor. We had a set menu and there was loads of food, we were stuffed. Would defo recommend

A brilliant place to come earlier in the evening for civilised cocktails. It gets more lively late on in the evening, so something for everyone. There's a restaurant upstairs as well if you don't fancy venturing further into town. Recommended for a night out in Chepstow.

We went last night for my friends birthday. Myself and my partner and her husband. The whole experience was ruined by a very rude waiter. He spoke to my partner in a rude manor when asking where our drinks were after waiting 10 15 mins. We weren't offered any water on the table, but other tables were. It was boiling hot. The drinks came and we ordered our food. My starter was the white bait which stated it came with dip. When it came out it didn't, so I asked. The waiter very rudely told me no it does not but what do I want I will get it to keep you happy. I was shocked as was the rest of the table. We checked the menu and it did in fact come with dip. Now I don't mind it was forgotten, that wasn't the issue. It was the waiters Manor and bad attitude, which was out of line. We told him and he blamed the chef. Then he came back and in a weird way apologised and gave me a glass of wine free of charge. However he strictly said I could not have any other wine other than the house wine. I appreciated his attempt to apologise but he then spent all night justifying his reasons for his bad Manor. We didn't have a moment to ourselves to enjoy the food or my friends birthday. Food wasn't bad but due to this bad service it nearly spoilt our night. We had a bill for £120 We won't return we will spend that money somewhere that appreciated their customers.

If you are planning a large group this is not set up for it! We had 22 people eating and it was nearly 2 hours waiting for the mains. The food is great but a few more staff would be better for a large group like we were 😊

Went there Sun 12th June 2017, 6 of us, as my brother had recently moved to the area. He had been there before.



Probably the worst service I have ever experienced!

The drinks order took 20mins before taking, to which when it came out was wrong. It took 30 mins to take food order, and well over an hour before our food arrived. Another couple came after us had starters and main course before we had our drinks.

When the food finally arrived! Guess what it was right but not as the menu stated.

Mixed grill had no sausage, when asked, was told it didn't come with a sausage so I had to point out from the menu that it stated sausage included.

King prawns with rocket salad, came out king prawns with lettuce ( looked like a tesco bag of lettuce) didn't even have the decency to say no rocket at a price of £17!!!

Another meal came out with chips, and not rosemary potatoes as stated in the menu.

When we challenged the waiter over the meals he didn't even know what the menu included.

His customer service and rudeness was not acceptable blaming us for letting us eat there when he had staffing issues. (Hence not customer issue)

I asked for the manager, to his reply he is the owner, which i struggled to believe as its no way to run a business!

The restaurant only had 18 people max. God knows what it would of been like full.



Unfortunately we will definitely not be returning as the experience ruined a lovely day!

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care, safe to say that I would not recommend this place if you want to feel valued as a paying customer or have an enjoyable time then I would advise to try elsewhere.
