Staff were lovely and friendly but as soon as i sat down to have my nails done i had concerns over the many signs saying "no refunds nails last a minimum of one week" as I was paying £30 for a set of gel nails i would expect them to stay strong for at least two weeks. I noticed when having them done the tips seemed very flimsy and thin compared to other salons and within 6 days of having the nails put on two of them fell off and another 1 was loose which i was very unhappy about. I will not be returning and would recommend using other salons such as the ones in town.
