Wondeful oils and an ethical company who provide useful and healthy products that are hard to find anywhere else in Europe. We shall be very happy they exist. This is very commendable.

But ONE pereson complains, and then others follow suit, It is deplorable, to see a such a sour and low mood person, to try and harm a good company with ethical products for some petty details, that can be managed between customer and company without other involvement.

They are the best company to purchase natural ingredients and essential oils from, the products are top quality and they are incredibly helpful.

There was a mix up with my order, so I phoned customer service @ Naissance, the lady who answered my call was fabulous, she was friendly & sorted out the problem with no fuss, I could either have a refund or swap which was great, I just swapped for another product that I wanted & was given £1 off, I didn't even have to return the offending small item. Thank you so much! :D

Received my first order today. All I can say is wow. I ordered yesterday and items arrived today. Really fast delivery. Well packaged and these oils are of a very high quality. I also got some aloe Vera gel. Which again was of good quality. Will definitely be back for more. I've been an aromatherapist almost twenty years and I know quality when I see it. X

I have been a customer for at least 5 years in and I've always been 100% satisfied with all the products I have purchased. I make my own cleansers, body scrubs, lib balms and deodorants using these products. Great prices, great products. Don't even look elsewhere.

In the last order, though, there was a little (very small) problem: the anise essential oil which came with hazelnut oil was a little carelessly wrapped up and just looked like stuffing to protect the oil. So it went directly to the dustbin. Fortunately I read the invoice and realised there was a second object in the packet and saved the essential oil just in time.

But for this, everything is always perfect. So, thank you and congratulations!

Gorgeous products and great price. One of the products I bought leaked in shipping. I contacted customer services. They replied straight away and sent out a replacement free of charge. Their customer service team were so polite and friendly, it has made me love the company even more x

I ordered a number of essential oils a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately one of the essential oils was missing even though it stated on my invoice that it was included. I sent customer services an email but nobody has got in touch with me about it even though i have paid for the product. Really disappointed as i was hoping to order regularly from you.

I ordered my products a week ago with next day delivery. I have been told each day that my parcel was delayed and will be redelivered the following day. I waited in and each day nothing is delivered. Being that I required the items In time for the weekend that has just gone, this service has been a complete I convenience and I still have no products to show for it.

I am appalled at the poor, shoddy level of service by this company. Not only was my order late, half of the order did not arrive (the beeswax). When my pots arrived, one of the tubs were damaged (lid and seal broken). On top of that, I've weighed the butter. I ordered a 250g (8oz) tub but I'm horrified to see that I've only received half that amount 4oz. I won't be using this company again. Very poor experience.
