Celebrating national Spinach Day? (Yeah, is neither).

Not going to lie, one of the best places I've ever been too, so much so I want to go back now and not going to cope not being close to a Nando's back at home :(

My first time at Nando's and I wasn't disappointed! There was a que outside but we were seated within minutes, the food came really quickly after ordering and it was piping hot and delicious! Highly recommend the sunset burger! Staff were well presented and courteous and I will definitely come here again when in Cardiff.

I went last night after a bit of shopping

The staff are incredible and very helpful as I needed to sit on the ground floor as there are two floors

Amanda who served me was very kind and patient with me

Justinya the manager also incredibly kind and fantastic customer service helped me get a drink and my cutlery

I'd go back there when it's not too busy

The staff I named were autism trained I feel all staff need this training as there are a lot of people of the spectrum that like me want to eat out and have a great experience

Beautiful food. Had the sunset burger garlic bread and fries. Had to wait 10-15 minutes but it was well worth the wait and price. That red pepper chutney was awesome. ��

At a very busy time the staff were great, polite and helpful, great with the kiddies giving them balloons and colouring in papers,, we were found a table quickly and as always the food was lovely,, will definitely go back soon

Amazing food..i had spaghetti carbonara and the hubby had rack of ribs chicken chips coleslaw and onion rings..the service was excellent staff were very friendly..our waiter was Italian and he had a laugh with us..defo will be going back in the near future..happy customers..:)

Although there was a small queue when we arrived at St. Davids Cardiff, we didn't wait long to sit down & be served.

Food arrived shortly after lovely & hot, "how I like my food".

Top quality food music a little loud while trying to order made hearing the staff a little difficult but overall excellent

First visit to this Nando’s, went to see Ed Sheeran on Saturday night, everywhere was so busy as you can imagine, staff were very polite & efficient evern though they were clearly all rushed off of their feet. They had a good system for seating customers which took us about 10-15 mins to get seated, food came quickly after being ordered, good quality for fast food, well done guys

It was my 1st visit and my granddaughters 1st visit, she said it was amazing so I guess we will be back. The staff were very polite too.

It was good the staff was really friendly only thing when I ordered the kids meals I wasn't made aware they didn't have they ice cream they normally have intil it came to them bringing it out after they had eaten there food other than that the service was fab

First-time at Nandos anywhere. Had butterfly chicken with a mix of sweet potato wedges, coleslaw, salad, rice and sweetcorn. Medium peri peri sauce on my chicken. Loved it all. Will try the next level of heat next time or a whole bowl if rice.

staff lovely .. not sure about being called HUN every 5 minutes ... food was OK .. but found it was expensive for the meal we had .. chicken rice salad .. very small salad !!!! I won't be running back

Our first ever visit to Nando’s and probably the last. Staff were polite, got a table no problem but the quality of the food wasn’t that good, some of the chicken was over cooked and overall it was pretty ordinary and over priced for what you get.

Food was good ok if temperature is an issue it was served just on the acceptable warm side of hot but could have been better. The triple burger was meant to be medium peri peri but it may as well have been totally unseasoned and bland. The best thing of the night was the peri peri seasoned fries. Sweet potato wedges fino side were over cooked and soggy. Toilet facilities were grim. Felt dirtier leaving them after washing my hands than I did going in.

Came to nandos yesterday for food with my children it was extremely busy due to the rugby we didn't have to wait to long for our table but we waited 40 mins for our food and all of our chips were cold like frezzing.. didn't complain due to the amount of people waiting and it felt like once u had finished your meal u felt like u had to leave the table due to the amount of people waiting for a table

Was the worst nandos i ever had we had medium quarter chicken and half came out plain peri peri chips had about a tea spoon of powder lumped on the top they took it back then just poured sauce over the top made the chicken freezing never again stick to the Llanelli or swansea ones

So go to nandos today, waited 40 minutes to then get served under cooked chicken and be told it's just the meat.. then offering to grill it some more, when handing it back got given attitude and no apology! On speaking to the manager he didn't do much just gave excuses, sorry but really poor customer service �

Really disappointed with this particular branch of Nandos, came in on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Staff barely acknowledged us and said the bare minimum when seating us. The food was disgusting, soggy chips and garlic bread and to top it off both me and my boyfriend found hair in our food. Not a single person came to ask us is our food was okay and as we left no one said goodbye. Really such a shame this branch isn't up to scratch. And to top it all off when we were leaving we saw a member of staff stood in the kitchen area with a thick black beard without a net on leaning against a surface area in the kitchen which could of been the source of the hair in our food. I understand that beards may be trendy and cool right now or people may keep them for religious reasons but I've worked in hospitality for years and men are told to either shave them or wear a beard net when working with food. I'm not normally a person to write negative reviews or try and slander a companies reputation but I believe this is an important hygiene matter that the management a Nandos need to know about.
