i came to nandos wrexham last night with a group of girlfriends from work.. it was very hot inside and i wasnt feeling too great. i asked a guy who works there called Soma (i think ) to put the air con for a minute due to me feeling ill. He popped the air con for me and came to ask if the temperature was ok now :) which it was. Then he brought me over a glass of fresh orange juice because he said i shouldnt drink fizzy pop when your immune system is low. Just think it was wonderful service and made my night. so THANK YOU Soma :)

had no water tonight and could only offer take away but let us eat inside it was superb and only took 5 minutes, gave a tip and praise we love it here!!!!

Went to nando's for the very first time last night not knowing what to expect !! Well all I can say is brilliant food supper service & really helpful staff !! Me & the better half don't get to go out much alone having little ones so we we're really looking forward to our night out after our last one was disappointing food whiz from a well known restront not naming no one but are spiting distance for nandos ; will be going back again 100%guaranteed

Went there last night for my sons birthday and took our own cake which they were more than happy to light the candles and bring it out to us! Wonderful staff! Couldn't have asked more from them � greatly appreciated �

Went on a busy Friday night, food came out fast and hot and the service was great - been to a few Nando's and this is the best one

Loved the food, would definitely go again! Staff were very friendly and the food arrived very quickly. The only reason why I dropped a star was because it is quite small in there and you're a little bit packed in but other than that it was brilliant! :)

I love Nandos, but sometimes, they need to look at the quality and the quantity of the food they served. Yesterday, they served us an overcooked chips and rice, as well as the portion of a large chips is decreasing. I hope they could improve this in the future.

The food was ok tbf I had the steak sandwich and it was ok but I thought for the price I payed and for what it was I was a bit disappointed plus when I had a beer the glass I was given was straight out of the dish washer soooooo it was warm pretty average

The food was lovely but we sat at table 19 looking towards the window and the amount of dirt ,dust and cobwebs in the corner of the window above head height on the left was obvious they weren't too fond of cleaning

We always have the wings but if noticed the wings are more like baby chicken wings no meat on them !!!! Corn on cob I love well done but not even grilled very disappointed this time table of 9 not happy

My boyfriend and I are very good customers of Nandos in wrexham, visiting at least once a week and always placing a large order. However due to the way we were treated by the manager - that we believe to be called Paul - we will no longer be taking our custom there.



We have the same order each time we visit, which includes the ceasar salad which is advertised to include cheese, and is an actual course which costs £7, so something you would expect to be quite substantial. On numerous occasions we have had to complain that there has been NO cheese at all included, and have received the response of 'there's someone new in the kitchen' or 'it's not me who checks it it's the staff in the kitchen', with the meal then being returned with barely any cheese being added again. Also, each time we have visited the portions seem to be decreasing, which as paying customers who spend a lot on a regular basis is something that we, and rightly so, are quite dissapointed about.



During our most recent visit, we had to complain for the fifth time that the salad had absolutely no cheese in it, and that the chips were less than half the normal portion. The staff were helpful, however the manager brought our food back to us with a disgusting attitude. In an extremely patronising manner, he told us that we were wrong and that the chips were the right portion, and that there was cheese on there because he put it on himself - when i saw with my own eyes it didn't include any. Firstly, the customer is always right, and secondly, we have never seen him before (and also a completely different person on saturday said he was the manager) and why would he have been finishing the meals in the kitchen? By this point, the amount of cheese included was irrelevant. We as customers were made to feel ashamed to have made a complaint, despite each time being extremely polite and always explaining why - we have been to the chester oaks nandos and their portions are alot more generous? - so we struggled to understand why he was so irritated. I work in customer service and have also worked in the hospitality industry, and my boyfriend also owns a resteraunt, and under no circumstances should a manager, nor any member of staff, speak to paying customers the way we were. In response to me saying we won't be visiting again, the manager said 'that's fine' and gave a patronising smile, no apology, and stormed off.



As people who work with customers on a daily basis we were extremely upset to have been embarassed in a resteraunt in this way, so we asked if we could speak to the manager again before we left. When he returned he was extremely patronising and fake when apologizing, and said that the nandos portion of cheese was 'pathetic' and agreed with us - a completely different opinion to before. We thanked him for apologizing and were very polite throughout. However before we left, he laughed and said 'as soon as I saw the salad come back I knew it would be you two, the ceasar salad couple who always send it back' - he couldn't have been more patronising or disrespectful and neither of us found it funny.



To note, my boyfriend and I have never complained in an effort to get a complimentary or discount, we spend around £200 a month in the wrexham branch and always generously tip and are polite. As paying customers we have the right to say if we do not feel that the portions reflect the price, especially after visiting a near by branch and receiving much larger portions. Our complaints were not petty, however the way the manager treated us was extremely immature and not in a way that any customer should be spoken to. We are extremely upset and do not feel welcome at all, and therefore shall be taking our custom elsewhere.



It is a huge shame, as the resteraunt and quality of food is always lovely, so we hope that no other customers experience the same level of disrespect that we did and get put off.

Had a meal with two of my friends last night and the service was awful. 1 starter arrived and as we went to check on the other starters 2 main courses arrived followed by the starter the other main course arrived 10 minutes later. Awful.

Terrible service, waited over an hour when only quarter full restaurant, eventually they came over to say they just noticed they had run out of order. Ordered again and more waiting for overpriced substandard meal. No wonder you pay at the start otherwise I'd have walked out

But that was shit too! Other than that Nando's it nandoes! Always the same tasty chicken...
