Wing it Wednesday....

Very quick service! The lady who greeted us when we arrived was brilliant, she found a suitable table for me so I could stretch my leg out (I’ve just had knee surgery) without me saying anything, then even went to the trouble to ask if I needed anything to put my leg up on. Customer service at its best!

Very busy lovely atmosphere 10 min wait for table.. food was delicious and service was superb thank you nandos Llanelli

Stunning restaurant and staff � lovely food!

Service was very good. Food was beautiful. And there was two girls who even opened my sons toy for him because we needed a screwdriver to open it and they were more than happy to help no bother at all ���

Really hot starters and mains , service quick , and friendly great staff , made to feel very welcome by Philipe , we will certainly revisit .

Quick service and friendly staff as always.

Over 40 of us turned up yesterday at 10pm and the team were fantastic considering how many of us compared to them! Plus Nandos food is always pretty good!

Lovely food, arrived quickly and was cooked well. really lovely staff too! I managed to get a chilli in my eye and the girls were so caring, made sure I was alright and got me a saline solution to rinse my eye with .... Great customer service :) xx

Been here a few times recently to meet a friend for lunch. Such a friendly bunch of staff! Today I arrived a little earlier than my friend and the manager seated me and asked if I'd like any drinks, I asked for a cappuccino and when we had finished our meals on the way out I went to go and pay and the manager refused and said 'no need, have a lovely day' made my day !! �

An awesome restaurant with fantastic staff. Definitely worth a visit

Staff friendly and helpful with menu combos. Food good and plentiful. Only criticism is the same for many large hard furnished places is the noise, there are no soft furnishings and the sound just bounces around so people raises their voices and so on. Otherwise a good experience.

Just a note that the waitress didn't stop chatting to her friend before she served us. But in general service is excellent

Worst service ever! To begin with, while we were making our order, the girl putting it through was on her phone the whole time. Waited over 45mins for our order while we watched other people that had ordered after us get served first. When the food finally came my mash was still frozen on the bottom. Politely asked if it could be heated up. Waited 15mins for it to come back before I started eating the rest of my dinner because that had also gone cold. Half hour later the lights on the hot pass were turned off so I assumed it wasn't coming back. Tried to get the attention of the staff who were too busy on their phones.

Wouldn't normally do this but me and my partner don't get the opportunity to go out a lot and this was our first time in what feels like forever. The experience we had here tonight was unbelievably bad. Will not be recommending to anyone!!!

Absolutely horrendous!

Waited over an hour for food whilst watching other customers who arrived after us being served! Wasn't busy and we only had 4 meals so not even a big table, otherwise we would have understood! 3 meals were served after the hour and a further 10 minutes for the remaining one, by this time the others were cold. One of the meals was served with the wrong spice on the chicken but by this time we were so fed up we didnt have a new plate, we just informed the waiter.
