Nantybwch Post Office

What a horrible place ROYAL MAIL Really needs to look at this Post Office, The Post Mistress is the most Arrogant person I have ever met (She makes all the mistakes then blames the customers ) She has no idea about modern technology ( Royal Mail should retrain Her ) as she gets in a real Tizzy when handling Debit cards and tap contact-less cards, and every thing Technical. ROYAL MAIL GET SOME ONE THERE TO ACCESS THIS PLACE. Appalling Place

Absolutely appalling customer service. This post office has no grasp at all of what a family run post office should be, there is not once ounce of friendliness nor gratitude for your custom just incomprehensively rude and snappy. I have been to the post office on a few occasions in the hope that the workers were just having a bad day, however they are all consistently ignorant each time I have been there. Todays visit started with myself having to wait for the post office mistress making herself and the shopkeeper a cup of tea, and I was left standing there until i had to enquire to the shopkeeper is the post office open, the shopkeeper glanced up, with a short and brief manner said that 'she will be there two minuetes now' and looked back down to the magasine she was reading. There was no apology and there was no explanation. In regards to posting my items, I could barely finish my sentence without the post office mistress snapping back at me, after I politely told her that I have already pre paid for the items, she said 'yes i know but still have to weigh them or I wont get paid' in such a patronising tone i was so shocked. Then after she made a mistake by accidently pressing first class instead of airmail(as my parcel was heading to Germany) she had the cheek to blame me for her doing the wrong label, although I had tried to notify her but yet again her manners and ignorance were appalling. There was also another customer in the post office trying to make conversation about some fuss that happened around the area the night before, the old lady stopped processing my parcels, left me standing there just to contradict everythng the friendly customer was saying, implying first of all there was no fuss, then because she was minding somebodies dogs they didnt hear it so mustnt of occurred. The women appeared to give up her attempt of being chatty and left the shop. The customer service here is disgusting, and I do not know how the royal mail have left such poor quality service remain. There are times when you walk into the shop and they appear to look you up nd down which can be so intimidating. Overall the customer servive is so appalling I refuse to go to the post office again, I would much rather drive further. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.!!!

This post office is one of the most disturbing and unpleasant places I've been to. The women are stuck up and the place is filthy. When you ask for something the response off the women is very unpleasant.
