The family of Mrs Denise Iwanski, who sadly recently passed away following a brave battle with illness, have asked us to communicate details of Denise’s funeral arrangements.
The funeral will take place on Friday 26th April at 11:45am at St Margarets Church followed by cremation at Llwydcoed Crematorium at 12:45pm.
Refreshments will be provided afterwards here with us at the Napiers Arms.
... The family has requested that donations be made in lieu of flowers which can be passed to our staff at the Napiers Arms. Donations will be passed to the palliative care at Ysbyty Cwm Cynon.
Our sincere condolences to Jan, David, Steven and the family at this very sad time.

Live entertainment at the Napiers Arms this Easter Sunday

Well what a day!
It was fantastic to see both the bar and lounge packed out yesterday to witness a truly heroic effort by Wales to win the 2019 Six Nations title including a Grand Slam and Triple Crown. Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, we trust you enjoyed the day, our depleted stock of drink would suggest so.

The stage is set....
Round 5, the final weekend of the 2019 Guinness Six Nations, known as “Super Saturday” is nearing closer and there are three exciting games of rugby lined up for the weekend and a warm welcome awaits you at the Napiers Arms.
Starting at 12:30pm with Italy vs France we then move onto the game we’re all interested in. Kicking off at 2:45pm Wales face Ireland where a win for Wales will see us take the Grand Slam, Triple Crown and the 6 Nations title. Finishi...ng the championship at 5pm, England take on Scotland in the Calcutta Cup match.
Watch all three games back to back on our projector screen with fantastic surround sound. Free Food will be served during the games.
It promises to be another memorable day of rugby... Come on Wales!

Saturday is looming and it’s the eagerly anticipated encounter between one of rugby’s oldest rivalries.
