I will never come back here even they will do things for free! Thats how bad it is! Went to the shop and asked if they can alter my ring cause its small now and i need it to be adjusted. He charged me 25£ pounds which is okay. But they said that i might loose a bit of my gold. Take note my gold is 24k, so ive asked how much grams will i loose which i think is a reasonable question and he said no I don't wanna do it I don't want the hustle... In a abruptly manner! Went to the other shop they charge me 20£ and I don't need to pay straight away. And the best thing is I don't have to loose any weight of my gold well why can't this nash gold smith do the same? So I'll be weary if i was you go to angeliques. Its better, only a few steps away. I'm normally lazy to write letters to make this effort he surely push my buttons... Hopes this helps
