Here you can see my assist perform an upper body arch, with length and tentions instead of height. You often see “athletes” make huge arch’s when swinging on the rings for example. Increasing lumbar spine negative forces and losing positional tension to transfer power. Last few days have been spent @crossfitbbros in Budapest. It’s a pleasure to work with such coachable athletes. @laurahorvaht is a hard working talented athlete. Although after seeing her for the last few days it can be seen that she has even more ability to unlock!

The Tucked Hollow. Remember some of you athletes/members will not be able to hold this for a long period of time if they have abdominal weekends. Use the physiological training approach which we provide on @thegymnasticscourse to help your athletes develop towards this.
When coaching and fixing, use specific external coaching cues, and if you can develop these into métaphores. Keep it simple.
When viewing and assessing shapes always take into consideration anthropometry.
