We went there today was greeted very well by employee dan he was very helpfull and very polite helped us out a great deal. Not once did we feel preasuured or pushed. We bought the car we liked in the end he was very helpfull in sorting things out for us. very pleased with the service would recomend him and the garage. Big thanks to dan great customer service and helping us out.

We purchased our new MG GS in April and Julian was very helpful they couldn't do enough for us

We called here today with our astra to have a oil change etc.... the warm welcome we got was outstanding as always.... we wouldn't go anywhere else.... the staff are realy polite and extremely helpful and can't do enough for you.... we hope to stay with nathaniels for many years to come.... both me and jo would like to say a big thank you to all the staff for everything they have done for us over the past months.... we are both extremely grateful for everything. #nathanielsno1 :)

My husband and I collected our new ASX3 this morning and I would like to acknowledge the excellent level of service we received from Julian and Matthew. They made the entire experience of testing, purchasing and collecting our new car very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their knowledge of the vehicle and the additional extras are excellent, which helped us to ensure that we had all the features we needed. Matthew arranged for a driver to collect us so that we could collect the car together, rather than one of us having to drive another vehicle home. We were really pleased about that and Dave, the driver who picked us up, was friendly so the journey to the garage was really pleasant. Well done on providing customers with a first class, friendly, professional service. Without a shadow of doubt we will recommend you to our friends and family. Prior to going to Nathaniel's we went to two other main dealers, Bassetts in Bridgend and Wessex in Cardiff. I recently purchased an MG3 from Nathaniel Cars & was assisted by Julian. My new car is amazing, I love driving it so much! Julian made my experience of buying the car so smooth & easy. His customer service is excellent & he is the most pleasant, helpful & genuine salesperson I have had the pleasure to deal with. He showed me the controls & even connected my mobile to the car via bluetooth. All in all, a great garage & a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Julian!

Contacted Nathaniel car sales today to speak to Julian about ordering up new number plates for my personal reg and as always was very pleasant and said he would do it straight away and the new plates would be there the next day which they were and told to come down any time to have them fitted.When I arrived the Young lady on reception was very helpful and sorted out the paperwork for the Change of reg and told one of the mechanics we had arrived and when standing there Mathew came over to say hi and asked how things were going with the car so I explained that I had a small issue with a message I kept having on the display, he then came outside and after sometime I think he has found out the problem that no one else had been able to work out and when we were doing this the mechanic kept on fitting the new plates especially on the rear when we were starting and stopping the engine all the time.Thanks everyone .

After having my car written off after an accident, I needed a replacement! I had no idea what I wanted, trying to replace mine was going to be hard! Matt was awesome, I told him my requirements, and he spent ages with me (and my mum who came with me) trying to find something suitable. He wasn't pushy, very understanding as to what I needed! He couldn't have been more helpful! I love my new car (after going from a 2.0 diesel Focus convertible I thought that was not going to happen). It's perfect, and was ready for me within 2 days! Thank you so much Matt, very professional and friendly, no pushy sale to hit targets, genuinely wanted to help! I'm so grateful!

I wasn't looking to buy, just take a look at the MG3 and I was left alone for a good time before someone asked if everything was ok, and told me the things I wanted to know without trying to push a sale. and they can’t tell us if they are replacing the car or getting it fixed



Martin however confirmed that if it’s a right off we will have our car replaced with a new one BUT if it can be fixed he doesn’t know what will happen �

Ordered a brand new mg3 from nathaniel cars. What an absolute nightmare.



I ordered my car in May/June 2017 and was told the car I wanted would be unavailable in the colour I wanted. I understand nathaniel cars tried their best and had good intentions, but there's where it ends.



The dealership sent my car to a bodyshop which, at the time I didn't know wasn't approved by the manufacturer. They promised me I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between mine and a factory finish. Boy, was that far from the truth. The first time I received the car it had masking lines and flaking paint, which was "rectified" somewhat. Further to that the car had scratches on the original paint below and the "rectification" was a horrible attempt with a touch up pen to fix.



I had various issues with the car itself, some which are not rectified after even a third visit to the dealership! I will say your service advisors are lovely and can't fault them though, credit where it's due!
