National Trust - Penrhyn Castle

Love this one nice walks can take ya dog as well. Good for kids too mine liked the trains here. Well worth a visit

Beautiful castle. Great halloween activities for the children. Good walking in the grounds. Would recommend coming to visit. Had a great time.

Impressive building. Occasional has art pieces being exhibited in the foyer. Interesting to learn the castles history and see how its been developed over the years

Amazing Castle structure. The whole premise is full of original furniture and the local guides give very good and structured talks. Gardens are lovely and recommend a stroll through.

Lovely castle and grounds but didn't like the entrance rigmarole.
Had a long wait to pay to get in as the two women were busy selling "National Trust" members.
Then, when I came to pay, she automatically charged me extra for gift aid, without asking or explaining.
Then, when I pointed out that a family ticket was £29.50, she said "well, people normally pay the gift aid".
If I had been told what it was for, and asked if I would pay it, I would have.
Did not like the way that I was spoken too, or the guilt she tried to make me feel.

Beautiful castle and gardens in a stunning location. Good restaurant and also an excellent second hand book shop.

A stunning place in stunning North Wales. Definitely worth a visit. History and scenic beauty all around.

Beautiful place, the grounds are lovely and the castle is stunning. Plenty of rooms to walk around and all original or exact replica. The staff are really helpful and friendly and full of information and enthusiasm. Didn't disappoint, just need to arrange my next visit.

Friendly staff, good parking and toilets. Building is interesting and ornate. Grounds nicely kept and benches to sit on. Play area for kids. Food on the expensive side, but consistent with other NT locations.
