Chinese Martial Arts
Fey has been training for the last 10 years in Lau Gar Kung Fu- which includes Tai Chi & Qi Gong practices- gaining a 1st Degree Black Sash in 2009. Since then Fey has been teaching Tai Chi, Qi Gong & Meditation practices, which work together in looking at one's whole- through movement, breathing and the mind.
