I've had 2 reflexology treatments with Fed now and I can't wait for my next one. Fed is so knowledgeable and intuitive and is also a lovely guy so it is very easy to feel relaxed and get the most from your treatment. I was so impressed by how much Fed picked up on during my first treatment and he followed this up with some great advice on how I could improve my lifestyle and diet to work on problem areas he picked up on. He also sent an email will all of this information for me to digest following my treatment. I had my second treatment this morning and I literally feel like I've been floating all day after it. It was so relaxing and as soon as the treatment started i felt instantly relaxed so really benefitted from the entire treatment. I would highly recommend having a reflexology treatment with Fed.

I have now taken advantage of three reflexology sessions with Fed and twice I have fallen asleep! I had an ear infection unknown to Fed which he informed me he had found whilst examining a certain part of my feet on my first appointment, two days later it disappeared! the reflexology is super relaxing! My feet feel amazing afterwards and after resting throughout the night even more comfortable the following day! Fantastic treatment in a very relaxed comfortable room � �

I felt at ease and relaxed - even fallen asleep during the reflexology - I have been very energetic for the two days after the treatment

Fed Has been very informative has lots of knowledge and come across as he is genuinely willing to help with improving health and spiritual well being

I am going for more reflexology treatment and I will soon review my diet through Fed guide to better health

I do recommend Fed as he is professional and he is very good at what he does
