Sharing the love of my healthy treats here perhaps you're living a health conscious lifestyle, have dietary restrictions by choice or otherwise, I create lots of treats to supply to you! Almost always raw for the health benefits:

Raw means eating pure uncooked food in its natural state, food that is effectively still 'living'. Raw food should not be heated about 115 degrees (46 degrees celsius) and will preferably not of undergone any other type of processing.
Raw foodies believe cooking and processing food destroys the valuable live enzymes that it contains (and consequent;y a considerable portion of its nutritional value) and can create harmful toxins that damage our body. The great thing is eating raw can be tailored to suit your personal lifestyle and individual dietary requirements. x
