Staff could be friendlier, particularly manager

Visited here 5.10 pm yesterday - wen site said open till 6pm - wrong! Closed at 5.00 I saw a member of staff leaving at that time asked why it was closing and the web page said 6.00 pm and she said well we close at 5pm didn't care or was interested!
I drove all the way here after checking the opening times on the internet had company cheques to bank! Not impressed! This Needs to be accurate !
