Very poor service with people who don’t speak good English or broken up English. I can understand you cannot go into a account by phone to help someone out. However, you can help your customers figure out what they need. Not leaving customers to come back another time for somebody to help them. Consequently, I give this a poor rating although some of the advisors are great and helpful.

Absolutely heaving if you need to go to the counter. Less advisors since they refurbished this branch. Advisors run to help if you use the cash machines even when you know how to use them, but if you go to go onto a advisor they tend to disappear.

Advisor shouted my password out despite being feet away from other customers, a clear breach of dpa. No real privacy to discuss your business unless you are able to go upstairs to speak to an advisor.

Busy, as bank holiday weekend, and end of month, but very helpful staff, and friendly service. Perfect.

Helpful and friendly staff but can be understaffed

Very good staff always friendly and helpful. You can wait a while though until they are done with other customers but I suppose that just shows they care about every customer

This place isn't open for long enough on Saturdays
