Natwest

Closed my account because of a clerk error on their side. They didn’t contact me to notify. I had to find out the hard way and then only after multiple phone calls to HQ. Still had to come into the Branch. They weren’t sorry or tried to fix my problem. So now I will never go and do my business with NatWest ever again. I am really surprised how unhelpful they become when there is a problem.

They really go the extra mile to help you in here. Great service! Banked with Natwest for years and i've always been really happy with them :)
