AVOID!! This is the worse hairdresser thatbi have ever experienced in all my thirty plus years of hair cuts!!
I went there as a reluctant new customer as I was desperate for a hair cut but it seemed quite acceptable to keep me waiting almost half an hour past my appointment time. I almost got up to leave & regret that i didn't! I've had my hair in a bob style for years, basic stuff really for a hairdresser but I just felt it wasn't right & I wasn't really happy with it. My cut was a little rushed, from start to finish (wash, cut & dry) it took less than half hour.
I've since been to a proper hairdresser & she was so shocked at how bad my hair was & pointed out that whoever had done it last didn't know what they were doing. She showed me the back of my hair & it was so clear to see that it was far from right, it was different lengths & you couldn't miss it! Seriously I would so not recommend this place, I can't bring myself to call it a salon!!

I needed a very last minute wash and blow dry as I was attending the Polo at Celtic Manor at lunchtime. They fit me in within 10 minutes of my call, the end result was a beautiful bouncy blow dry created with brushes. Service was great, the salon is lovely, I got a sparkling water which is a nice touch to still water. The staff were lovely and chatty. It only cost £20 which is a great price. Il definitely be returning!

Friendly and helpful staff, they managed to cut my 2 year olds hair - he wasn't too happy about being there! Highly recommended.

Quite expensive, even if it's just a trim, most prices start at £10. I'd take a visit to the salon by Nathaniel's down at the industrial estate by the round about, there is one sign showing the direction there. But back to Navidis, it is quite posh there, as well as showing a lot of hair products, such as hairspray and hair dryers, but it's OK at the least.

I would never use this hairdressers again, I was completely misled on the price for my niece to have her hairdone, my hair appointment was booked in wrong so it meant I couldn't have the colour I wanted, and my sister texted me tonight asking me who the hairdresser was cause they didn't cover my niece up properly and they have bleached her new hoodie, after speaking to the so called manager not once was I offered a refund, and the outcome of my complaint was, the staff are going to have more training, truth be known I begrudge giving it one star.!!
