As others have stated, very poor service.

They delivered the wrong wine, did not want to collect back themselves until we complained (they suggested we send it back ourselves), then refunded the wrong amount (too little, of course). Now they are claiming they picked up 12 bottles instead of 14, which is not correct.

They do not seem to know what they are doing.

Update: after seeing my complaints online they finally refunded me, so I've given them two rather than one star (at least you get your money back once you've shamed them enough).

Great selection of beers (and wine apparently!). Friendly staff, always willing to assist.

Always a good range of wines and other alcohol. Knowledgeable staff and excellent service. In particular it was nice that they were prepared to recommend a cheaper but more appropriate bottle.

What a service. Much better choice and expertise than anywhere else in South Wales. A must for wine from now on. Will recommend to all of my friends.
