Simply bring your repeat prescription (tick the items required and sign the form) in to the supermarket (area adjacent to the cafe), complete a consent form, and post both into the "Prescription Orders" box using the envelopes provided.
Our pharmacy team will telephone you once we have collected the repeats, give you a likely delivery date, and deliver your medication to you.
