Great service Friendly reliable local firm and highly recommend

***Avoid*** Booked this taxi 2 days in advance but never turned up. Called the firm several times to be told "He's on his way" When he hadn't turned up 20 minutes later, I was told "He told me he was on his way, I can't get hold of him now. What do you want me to do?" I told him he needed to arrange to get us home as we had agreed and he said to call back when I could talk to him "tidy" and hung up. Why would you ever book this firm?

Booked a taxi to take us to a family wedding. Did not turn up, did not answer the phone and did not respond to answerphone messages left. The most appalling service I have ever received. Did not even deserve one star (but it does not allow you to rate a minus.)

Booked a taxi with 5 hours notice. Taxi didn't turn up and nobody answering the telephone. Will not use again.

I am extremely happy with the service i received from neath taxis tonight. I used the firm for my journey to and from my night out. Each time i was greeted with a smile by both drivers one Nigel and the other Greg, both remarkably pleasant and easy to get on with. Highly recommend this firm for their great standards in drivers, cleanliness of cars which may I add were both smelling lovely most of all the reliability of the firm is for me A1!

Don't use this. I rang for a taxi to pick me up from work, he told me it will be there in 20 minutes. So I waited 20 minutes then 30. So I rang up to see where it was. They guy told me he will check. Then puts down the phone. So I carry on waiting till the point it's a full 1hour goes by and now show. Tried ringing again and no one picks up. Plus it was on mothers day so kind of pissed off

I highly recommend neath taxi services. I use them on a regular basis as they are very reliable, drivers are friendly and polite, taxis are always clean and i always have a pleasant journey.

I have to say I dont usually bother leaving these reviews but I was stuck in Neath last night after losing my bag with phone and purse so I didnt have any cash or able to call anyone I stopped a few taxis and there was not one that would take me home to Port Talbot without money upfront even though I had the money in the house to pay them. I kept trying and finally managed to get one to help me which I was deeply grateful for and wanted to say thank you so much for your help Greg ( I think that was his name) This taxi firm is the best by far
