Lives up to its legend, the most scenic course
I've played , some truly terrifying drives , a must play course.
Part Pebble Beach part crazy golf unforgettable.
Wow. Impossible not to have a long round here. Soooo busy looking at the stunning scenery around you.
A fantastic, scenic, challenging golf course! Situated by the sea in North Wales. Not for the faint hearted! Can be extremely challenging in the wind and has some tricky holes.
I am no golfer in fact hate it. But on walking through this course I thought what a fantastic location and what a well kept set of greens.
A historic and iconic golf course. Lovely welcome from staff, members and other visitors alike. The 9 holes on the point are some of the most awe inspiring and thrilling holes I've played. A true, must play gem.
Cracking golf course with fantastic scenery - As with any coastal course, be prepared for high winds!
Lovely place, lovely staff and stunning view
OMG what a golf course fantastic views all round
What can one say about Nefyn Golf Club? On a beautiful, sunny day we came across this place quite by accident, the huge sign outside proclaimed "Croeso " in welsh and "welcome " in English and, encouraged by this, we approached the clubhouse, here another sign invitingly stated, "visitors welcome". However on entering the lounge bar we were approached by a man who informed us that we were not, in fact, welcome at all as I had the temerity to be wearing what he described as 'beach clothes' but which I considered to be smart casual wear, good quality shorts and a smart buttoned up short sleeved shirt.
We didn't stay of course and I am astonished that this archaic attitude remains in our modern society. It was like a trip back in time to the dark ages. Not a place I would be happy to recommend, especially as there are a plethora of lovely establishments within the near vicinity.
To be avoided at all costs
