We are a team of (NVQ Level 4) qualified Stroke & Neurological Rehabilitation Specialist Instructors. We have been working with stroke survivors mainly in the South Wales area since 2014. The training we provide has been accredited to us by ARNI Institute which is a registered charity in the UK.

Our instructors work, as a team or 1 to 1 with stoke survivors. We provide training which is generally between 30 mins to 1 hour depending on your requirements. Our main aims are to make mobility improvements for our clients which have been proven. We are based in The Vale of Neath Leisure Centre in Glynneath but we are also provide a mobile training service at your home or preferred venue.

The methods we use have been designed by a stroke survivor by the name of Tom Balchin who is the founder of the ARNI Institute. Our instructors are very experienced and provide excellent 1 to 1 training sessions. We have worked with numerous stroke survivors since 2014 that have all seen improvements in their mobility.

Since we started this journey we instantly saw that there is a massive lack of patient after care once the patients leave the hospital. Our aim is to provide an excellent 1 to 1 after care which will really benefit your way of life.
