Beautiful pub and restaurant. Dog friendly in the bar area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had a lovely Sunday dinner on 24/9.

It's a typical pub restaurant. The food was fine but certainly not memorable; three days later and I can't remember anything we ordered. Expensive menu and drinks as well. I think the staff and chefs had had a long tiring summer. The menu has seen many summers come and go.
came here with my family. myself, my wife and two children thought at first looking at the menu it it was a bit expensive but after receiving the food we ordered, that thought disappeared. As the food was phenomenal 100% home made and generous portions. To top it off, there was a great garden for the kids to run around in.
Disappointing meal a shame as it used to be very good. The chicken in the Curry was terrible and had to be returned. We were not the only table to complain that night

Big portions of really tasty food! Really busy but still managed to get the meals out at a decent speed.
We had a lovely time and even though we were a large party we were seated and served very quickly all meals very tasty.
