New York Pizza

This place is absolutely DISGUSTING... Ordered food from here and they got the order wrong. We were ordering for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans and muslims... all the pizzas had chicken in them (hidden under the cheese) it was just all wrong... contacted the place and after speaking to the managers son, who was constantly being shouted at by his father they agreed to send out the correct order if we ordered again! The delivery driver came out again (2 hours after) amd because we wouldn't pay he just practically threw the pizza at us and then later that evening came back to our property and damaged a wing mirror on the car (we have cctv)...

I love the food and specially the pizza, also the delivery time is great food still hot.
I recommend it.

Terrible service! Slow and in no rush too serve you, Sat in the ship for nearly and hour waiting with no explanation, staff stood around doing nothing and eating, would not recommend this place to anyone

29/07/2017 -- Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! Expected a long delivery - lunchtime, but part of the order didnt appear and the kebabs, salad, sauce and chips were all squashed into the box together. Food was fine, but had better.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Shocking service. Food was late. The driver gave me the wrong order! When I called them back up they said they'd speak to the driver and call me back but nothing!... Disappointed to say the least.

Cheap decent food (for the money), but dreadful service. It's slow, staff are rude need to sort their attitude. Deliveries are very slow.

Awful service. Took over 2 hours for a delivery and even then only half of what we ordered actually got delivered. Had to call twice to enquire where the delivery was. And was advised it's on its way both times. 25 minutes apart. When I called a third time to advise about missing items from the order the attitude on the person who answered was terrible. He told me they could deliver them again but we would have to pay extra for a new delivery. Food that was ordered wasnt particulary hot. But after being "on the way" for over 25 minutes im not surprised. Full of grease. First and last time of ordering from here. Avoid this place at all costs. So many other places around. Just wish we had gone to them.

Im disapointed really disapointed. Pizza was freezing i waited an age too. Not ordri g from there again
