Newport Ford

Would never buy a new vehicle from here!! Riddled with problems and backed up by staff who want only your money and never your safety or satisfaction... if i could give minus stars i would!! They even suggested that the new fiesta was problem free and our problems were isolated, yet stood in the reception at ford many people were taking back their new purchase for various significant problems! Stay well clear, once they have your money they just dont care!!

Sadly not the best after sales service. I bought my car from Mon Motors in Newport on the 20th June 2017.My car apparently passed it's MOT with a non-working sceen washer pump on the 19th May 2017. This was subsequently repaired by an other local Ford Dealership in Chepstow on the on the 17th July 2017. The instrument cluster then went faulty and after 3 visits (and 1 abortive repair) Mon Motors at Newport finally replaced the instrument cluster today (12th Oct 2017) No apologies. Needless to say I will not be buying or useing these cowboys ever again.

Clean and tidy large showroom and range of pre owned vehicles in outdoor car park, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Not nice if your cars been bumped but hey they get it sorted so I seen Mike rudge I think great bloke I must say knows his stuff and very polite a credit to the showroom so if your unlucky enough look on the bright side he's gone fix your motor top bloke must say

Have recently purchased a Ford Ranger from Newport Fords Transit Center. I dealt with salesman Lee Nelson who gave the best buying experience I have EVER had in purchasing a new vehicle. Kept be informed whenever he had news via email or telephone and was a genuine person!! Can't recommend this company or salesman enough!!

Ryland Cooper was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended
