Newport Hm Passport Office

Super friendly and helpful staff. A great service if you need a new passport in a hurry then going and doing it in person is soooo much faster than post office. Used their 7 day fast-track service, went in on a Friday and new passport arrived by secure courier on following Monday!

A truly fantastic service, all the staff out-of-their-way helpful, courteous and efficient. For anyone else out there who needs a one day processed passport, don't panic, Newport will do all they can to help. A huge thank you to everyone at Newport passport office, especially Gary on the end of the phone, and the lovely gentleman on reception.

Easy to find. Limited street parking, but handy Asda car park right opposite. Very efficient, friendly staff.

Leaving Friars Walk bus station Stand 13 either 40 or 41 leave on the hour, every hour up to 6pm. No 41 arriving there at 5 -10 minutes past the hour or No 40 at 18 minutes past the hour (circular route). Cafes in the area, lovely river walk can be accessed across the road from East Dock Road down side of buildings if you have to wait or you can visit Friars Walk shopping mall using the same bus service. Fantastic staff apart from 1 that I had the unfortunate time of dealing with my passport application, made me have to rebook for the 3rd time due to his jobsworth approach to things. The same person I dealt with was great on the 2 other occasions I visited, she was very helpful!

Amazing! I walk in at 8.25am (security: 'Dont cross the line, ok? 'What line?'' 'That one on the floor.' 'That one?' 'Yes. Don't cross it.'). I receive my appointment at exactly the allotted time (8.30am). And I walk out at 8.33am. Superb service (though a bit tricky to park nearby).
