Opportunity has become available for a vehicle technician in a busy family run workshop. Minimum of NVQ level 3 required. Duties to include servicing, diagnosis and repairs to cars and light commercial vehicles. Applicant will have knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical diagnosis and procedures, show initiative to progress with jobs from start to finish. MOT license an advantage but not a requirement. ... Working hours 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday with flexible Saturday hours (depending on workload). Breaks to include a 30 minute lunch and tea/coffee breaks. Holidays 20 days plus bank holidays. Weekly pay (salary depending on experience and capabilities) One weeks paid trial to be completed, if successful a further 3 month trial period with full pay. Company uniform supplied. Successful applicant will benefit from a free service and mot on their own vehicle per annum. Driving license is a must.
