Nick Brown Guitar Tuition (Newport, South Wales)

I teach guitar, bass guitar & ukulele ; electric & acoustic; beginners to advanced; theory, technique & transcription. Tuition is tailored to each pupil and available in person or online.

My tuition is tailored to suit the needs of each individual pupil.
There is no upper, or lower age limit for tuition. I have taught pupils aged as young as five and also taught pensioners.
All my teaching is done on a one-to-one basis, unless a pair of friends wants to come together, but I do not teach classes.
I charge £25 per hourly lesson. It does not make any difference if there are one or more pupils with me, as you pay for the hour of my time.
It is not a problem for any parent /guardian /grand parent /friend to be present during lessons, as there are additional chairs in my teaching room for exactly that purpose.
Since March 2020, I have also been offering online tuition.
I have been teaching professionally since 1990 and have taught over 1, 600 pupils.
I am a member of the 'Registry of Guitar Tutors at London College of Music' and 'Musicians’ Union'.
I am fully insured and I have an 'Enhanced CRB Disclosure'.

I also provide a guitar set up service, with the aim of achieving the guitar’s best possible playability.
