Manned Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 10am-3pm

Nick's gym caters for all.
General fitness, weight loss and toning, bodybuilding, weight lifting, sport specific training and almost any other kind of training available.

We offer optional inductions (free with Direct debit memberships) for those who just need a recap or find out equipment is different to what you're previously used to.
We also off Personal training and Nutritional (diet) programs for those who want one to one or group coaching.
